Autumn colors. Irish Crochet cardigan.

On Wednesday

kids were out of school...
Where did we go? To the beach, of cause.
It's about 2 hours drive and we go almost every weekend, crazy people.
We throw quarters every time to come back and keep coming back, I wonder if we end up walking on snow at Cape May one day.
I made a few cards this time. :)

Kids are looking for shells.

Found one!

Me splashing in the waves.

Last weekend.

Spent Saturday at the Cape May beach...

Our kids are pulling waves. :)

My husband and son.

It was extremely windy. Sand was blown up and hurt so much hitting against skin. But big waves are what the rest of my family loves.

then we hiked on Sunday....

My friend Agata.

September 21, 2012

Progress with the Beige Cardigan and my charts.

This Cardigan is done, new post here.

It's growing...

I finally started to make charts in Inkscape. I was kicking myself for half an year. Don't be hard on me, it's the first try. :))

This is for sleeves edge and bottom, though on the bottom row I connected big circle by 10 stitches instead of 12 so it's a little bit wider on the hips.
Feel free to join me making this Cardigan. It's not easy though, oh, no. I am making it, but still have no idea how I am going to shape and connect sleeves and some other parts. Step by step.

First signs.

Perkiomen Trail. September 15, 2012

There is a a lot of ups and downs on that trail, which makes it so much fun.
We stopped to  have lunch and swim.

Stopped at Spring Mountain. They have some Halloween stuff there.

Cape May. September 16, 2012

We had a wonderful day at the beach yesterday. Water was warmer than the air.

I went for a short swim since waves were crazy for me. Not for Timur, he loves it.

Walking on the beach.

Have a lovely fall!
