Poppy seeds swirl.

My creation on Friday.

    1. Hi Nina. I made yeast dough in the bread machine:

      water - 1 cup
      eggs - 1
      flour - 3.5 cups
      sugar - 3 TS
      salt - 1 ts
      butter - 1/2 cup
      yeast - 2 and 1/2 ts

      Wash poppy seeds, boil water, pour over seeds, leave for 15 minutes, drain, do it again for 15 minutes, drain, combine with 5 TS of sugar, process through meat grinder.
      Combine with 100 g butter, 100 g honey, 1 cup milk, simmer for 40 minutes, until liquid evaporates, cool down.
      make 2 rectangular flats, spread seeds over evenly, make 2 swirls loosely.
      Brush with egg.
      180 C degrees for 30-40 minutes.
