Crochet Earrings "Forget-me-not"

My favorite color is sky blue.
I made these little flowers a couple months ago and it took time to finish earrings. Even now I am not sure that this look is final.

There is something vintage in combination blue&gold.

    1. Hi Sherry,
There is no pattern. It's just 3 flowers, stitched together. I don't remember how I did it, but I think it's probably:

      sc - single crochet
      dc- double crochet,
      ss - slip stitch

Blue thread (use 2 rayon threads for cross-stitching (they are 6 ply I think, so divide the thread by 3 (2 plies in each).
      1 ROW ch5, ss1 in first ch
      2 ROW ch1, sc1,*ch 2, dc3, ch 2, sc1 in the loop*, repeat from * to * 4 more times, ss in first sc.
Gold thread ( 1 or 2 plies, thread for cross-stitching):
sc1 in the loop, * sc7 in every stitch of the petal*, repeat from * to * 4 more times, ss1 in first sc.
      I hope it helps.

  4. Hi Natalia,
Thank you for inspiring us with these delightful earrings. Do you crochet with the 6 ply and sew the flowers together with cross-stitch in 2 ply? I don't quite understand what you mean by cross-stitch in crochet?
    Thank you! Suzen

    1. Hi Suzen, I mean you crochet with thread for cross-stitching (those little skeins, http://www.amazon.com/DMC-Skeins-Cotton-Stitch-Thread/dp/B004T6E1CY) There are many lovely colors to choose from. That thread is 6 ply, so you have to divide it by 3 and crochet using 2 ply thread.
